When Men Behave Badly
Recently while listening to a podcast I was made aware of this book, the ideas purposed by the speaker regarding this book piqued my interest and so I figured I’d give it a read or in my case a listen.
To begin this book is full of fascinating studies and information I was previously not aware of, now to be clear this book does approach all of its studies from an evolutionary perspective, and so while reading it was informative many of the conclusions the writer comes to I personally disagree with as my views are taken from a Biblical Christian perspective. There are many questions the writer leaves unanswered stating that evolutionary theories and studies have not yet given a reason. Yet from a Christian worldview, these questions are answered as simply the results of Fallen Human Nature.

Again many of the ideas of this book can be accounted for when seen from the perspective of “fallen human nature” and that our natural inclinations have been twisted by the fall. With that said; much of the information in this book is still worth knowing and informative as it reports many fascinating scientific studies. The information in this book is valuable in understanding how we can be naturally prone to certain actions. I would recommend this book as a source of interesting information in a study of human nature and in this case specifically Males.
